Speedie Auto Recycling in Dover, Ohio is a professional metals recycler that processes ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. Our work hours are Monday thru Friday from 8a.m. to 4p.m. and Saturday 8am-11am. Previous experience and technical skill is required for this position.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and various material handling equipment.
• Unload customer materials, load outbound shipments, and process scrap.
• Practice safe work habits at all times.
• Be clean and organized with your work area.
• Treat every customer and coworker with the utmost respect.

Pay is $50,000 – $70,000 annually based on experience. 

Health insurance for employees and immediate family available. Two weeks vacation, five personal days, and paid holidays each year. Regular pay increases and bonuses can be expected.
